I brought a fair few cook books over the years, good and bad, clebs and non-clebs and I can honestly say this is one of the good ones!
Jamie Oliver has obviously written his fair share of cookbooks now and has got the format down, easy to understand, well designed, good recipes, easy to follow and nice pictures of how the dish should look (always handy).
The 5 ingredients can be seen on the left of each page. The right hand page is a colour photograph of the finished dish. Really simple and easy to follow.
